滤油机广泛APPAPP于电动三轮产品、摩托开机启动直流变压器电高压交流接触器、新汽车直流变压器电高压交流接触器、直流变压器电伺服控住器直流变压器电高压交流接触器、爪极直流变压器电高压交流接触器、串励直流变压器电高压交流接触器、船用直流变压器电直流变压器电高压交流接触器等补偿器叶的点火、滚漆、烤干。滤油机分为三凌PLC可代码编程控住，进囗的变频柜器变速，液压与机械厂想配合实际的架构，分为链轮参数补偿器行动，使链条规格产生伺服电机行动，精准定位推送，边转边滚，位移较准，滚漆准确时间平均，几段室内温度恒温性比较好控住，产生质量高，运营十分简单不方便，有外置供漆及滚漆槽风冷配置。
This machine is widely used in preheating, varnishing and drying of rotors of such as electric tools, motorcycle starter motors, automobile motors, DC servo motors, permanent magnet motors, series-excited motors and marine DC motors. This machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC, imported frequency converter speed regulation, pneumatic and mechanical combination structure, adopts sprocket rotary motion, so that the chain produces stepping motion, positioning and conveying, rotating while?rolling, with accurate displacement, uniform?distribution of painting time. This machine has three-stage constant temperature control, external paint supply and paint tank water cooling device,high production efficiency, simple and convenient operation.
